Metaworld: Gensokishi Online launches next month

The Gensokishi Online Project has announced the launch of METAWORLD, the newest iteration of the popular game. Metaworld is a centralized version of Gensokishi Online, a game with 8 million users in Japan, Taiwan and the U.S. won the Game of the Year Gold Award in 2012.

The newest version of the game will contain elements of GameFi and NFTs in a metaverse environment.

Gensokishi's meta world is based on 3 DMMO 3 D Mass Multiplayer Online technology and aims to create a new fantasy world economy. The game will include all three types of gaming - Free to Play, Play to Earn, and UGC to Earn. In addition to providing free gaming and profit-generating rewards in the form of NFTs, Gensokishi s Metaworld will introduce the concept of User Generated Content UGC The game will feature infrastructure that will allow individuals and companies to purchase land in the Metaworld and freely edit the metaverse surroundings. Users will be able to make their own NFTs within the game, as well as be able to create buildings, natural environments, and characters.

The company s roadmap states that the first step in its launch will be to set up the production, sales, distribution and monetary mechanisms for in-game cryptocurrencies and NFTs. The team will focus on integrating UGC features into the game and allowing the transfer of virtual world rights to NFTs. Once the game structure is fully established, the management will be transferred to a Decentralized autonomous organization. DAO Metaworld will feature two different tokens - MV and ROND. The main currency of the game, MV, will be a Polygon-based utility token with a total supply of 2 billion used for purchases and staking. On the other hand, ROND will be circulated in the in-game economy. It will have real-world value as users can exchange the token on DEXs.

Metaworld MV token is set to be listed on Uni swap, Quickswap and Pancakeswap at the end of December. In Q 1 of 2022, there are expected to be listings on other DEXs, such as Curve and Sushiswap.

The official public release of the game is expected to happen next summer. Users can test its upcoming features while the game is in beta mode.

The company will distribute Limited Equipment NFTs to users who participates in its online communities, as a result of the licensing of the Japanese 3 DMMO title Elemental Knights Online. The distribution process is set to begin after December 28th and the campaign will last from December 2 nd to December 27th.
