The House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, the House of Peoples of the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH and the Council of Peoples of the Republika Srpska will be dissolved in a month after the announcement of the results of the general elections in 2022, in accordance with the Election Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Central Electoral Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina reminds the competent authorities that the deadline for the implementation of the mentioned indirect elections is December 2, 2022.

The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina has certified the names of candidates from four cantonal assemblies for the election of delegates to the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament, from Tuzla Canton, Bosnian-Podrinje Canton-Gora de, Posavina Canton and West-Herzegovina Canton.
The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina received lists of candidates from the Assembly of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, the Assembly of Canton 10 and the Assembly of Zenica-Doboj Canton. They are in the process of completing the documentation, i.e. The BiH CEC can carry out the necessary checks of the candidate lists and nominated candidates by signing the statements of the nominated candidates from these three cantons.
The CEC of BiH states that the candidate lists have not yet been submitted from the assemblies of Sarajevo Canton, Central Bosnia Canton and Una-Sana Canton.
The candidates lists were verified by the Central Election Commission of BiH at today s session, which included Republika Srpska to the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
