Non-working days in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina are January 1, 2 and 3, 2023.
The Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy announced that the New Year is celebrated on two days January 1 and 2 as a holiday in accordance with legal provisions. If one of the days on which the New Year falls on a Sunday, the first following day after two days is considered a holiday.
The Law on Holidays, which is based on the Decree with legal force on the adoption and application of federal laws and the Law on Confirmation of Decrees with Legal Force, is a federal law, according to the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy.
