Delhi Cabinet Minister Claims Conspiracy to Harm Chief Minister Kejriwal's Health

Delhi Cabinet minister Atishi has raised serious concerns about the well-being of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, alleging a conspiracy to harm his health while he is in jail. Atishi claimed that there is a plot to deny Kejriwal home-cooked food, with the aim of compromising his health. She emphasized that the ED's accusations regarding Kejriwal's diet, which include consuming high-sugar foods like mangoes and sweets, are false and misleading, and accused the BJP through its wing ED of spreading lies.

At a press conference, Atishi expressed her frustration with the ED's claims, stating that Kejriwal is actually using artificial sweeteners and not indulging in the high-sugar foods mentioned. She pointed out that diabetes patients, like Kejriwal, are typically advised to carry items like bananas or toffees to manage their sugar levels, contradicting the ED's assertions about his diet. Atishi condemned what she perceives as a deliberate attempt to obstruct the supply of home-cooked food to Kejriwal, stating that the ED and BJP are fabricating stories to prevent him from receiving proper nutrition in jail.

Furthermore, Atishi highlighted concerns about Kejriwal's health condition while in jail, alleging that his sugar levels have risen significantly, reaching over 300 mg/dl, and that he has been denied insulin by the Tihar jail authorities. She insinuated that there may be ulterior motives behind these actions, suggesting a conspiracy to harm Kejriwal by withholding necessary medical care and proper nutrition. The ED's contention that Kejriwal is consuming high-sugar foods in an attempt to secure bail on medical grounds has been met with skepticism and denouncement by Atishi, who believes there is a coordinated effort to endanger Kejriwal's well-being.
