## Prime Minister Modi Addresses Election Rally in Rishikesh

He highlighted the benefits of government schemes reaching beneficiaries directly under the BJP, as opposed to the Congress era where middlemen often intercepted the benefits.
Modi also mentioned the BJP's achievements in Jammu and Kashmir, including the abrogation of Article 370, the implementation of the One Rank One Pension scheme, and the reservation for women in legislatures.
He concluded his speech by praising Rishikesh's tourism potential and the ongoing infrastructure projects in the state. He expressed confidence that these projects will boost tourism and create employment opportunities.
