## Modi Touts BJP's Achievements, Slams Congress in Uttarakhand Election Rally

## Prime Minister Modi Addresses Election Rally in Rishikesh

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed an election rally in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, on April 11th. He spoke about the achievements of his government and the benefits of a stable BJP-led administration.

Modi highlighted the improved security situation in the country, stating that under his government, security forces are eliminating terrorists on their own turf. He contrasted this with the "weak and unstable governments" of the past, which he claimed allowed terrorism to flourish.

The Prime Minister also spoke about the development of border infrastructure, including the construction of roads and modern tunnels. He accused the Congress of neglecting this area in the past.

Modi further criticized the Congress for its stance on religious issues, specifically mentioning their questioning of Lord Ram and opposition to the Ayodhya temple construction. He contrasted this with the BJP's support for the temple and their invitation to the Congress for the consecration ceremony.

He urged the people of Uttarakhand to vote for the BJP in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, stating that a strong BJP government will bring further development and prosperity to the state. He highlighted the benefits of government schemes reaching beneficiaries directly under the BJP, as opposed to the Congress era where middlemen often intercepted the benefits.

Modi also mentioned the BJP's achievements in Jammu and Kashmir, including the abrogation of Article 370, the implementation of the One Rank One Pension scheme, and the reservation for women in legislatures.

He concluded his speech by praising Rishikesh's tourism potential and the ongoing infrastructure projects in the state. He expressed confidence that these projects will boost tourism and create employment opportunities.
