He questioned the BJP's integrity by pointing out their actions of allegedly welcoming corrupt individuals into their party and questioning their commitment to anti-corruption values. The veteran leader also criticized Modi's unfulfilled promises, such as the pledge to create two crore jobs and provide financial benefits to citizens, accusing the PM of not delivering on his commitments.
Accusing Modi of using communal rhetoric and attempting to polarize the country, Kharge expressed concerns about the Prime Minister's alleged statements regarding the Muslim community and family planning. He urged for the preservation of democracy and secular values, pointing out Modi's alleged attempts to divide the nation on religious lines. Additionally, Kharge criticized Modi for his lack of openness to criticism and dialogue, suggesting the PM was not receptive to questions from the media or public scrutiny.
