Jio Platforms Ltd, a leading Indian telecommunications company, has partnered with SpaceX, the American aerospace manufacturer, to introduce Starlink's satellite-powered broadband internet services to India. The National Statistics Office, under the direction of the Ministry of Railways, will conduct the National Household Travel Survey (NHTS) to understand travel patterns and choices of Indians.
