NARA -- The site where former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was attacked during a speech in this western Japan city has turned into chaos.

Abe was giving a campaign speech for a ruling Liberal Democratic Party LDP candidate in the July 10 House of Councillors election at a site north of Kintetsu Railway Co.'s Yamato-Saidaiji Station on the morning of July 8 when he was apparently shot.
