No separate mobile ballot boxes for quarantined voters

The Central Electoral Commission has decided that there will be no separate mobile ballot boxes for the people infected with Covid- 19, or their contacts for the upcoming election, because there is no extraordinary epidemic situation in the country.

The people who have been quarantined as of 2 October the date of the election will be able to cast their votes in the town or village where they are being quarantined using a mobile ballot box for persons with disabilities. After all the people with disabilities cast their votes, the people who are infected with Covid 19 will be able to cast their votes. The local authorities will decide whether or not there will be mobile ballot boxes. If there are no mobile ballot boxes in the town or village, the persons who are infected with Covid 19 and quarantined will not be able to vote.
