New Samsung Galaxy S23 series reveals new features, including a new chip

The Galaxy S 23 series includes the Galaxy S 23, Galaxy S 23 and Galaxy S 23 Ultra. Samsung has made some major changes to the Ultra with a new camera setup that is paired with the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. There is a renewed focus on sustainable design with the use of more recycled materials.

The Galaxy S 23 Ultra comes with a new 200 MP Adaptive Pixel sensor. This new sensor also supports Nightography capabilities. This new camera system is designed for different lighting conditions, according to Samsung. The AI-powered image signal processing ISP algorithm reduces visual noise and enhances object details in low-light images. The Galaxy S 23 Ultra has a fast autofocus and a Super HDR selfie camera, which jumps from 30 fps to 60 fps for better front-facing images and videos.

The phones comes with an Expert RAW app, exclusive to the Samsung Galaxy, which Samsung claims, offers DSLR-style shooting and editing in RAW and JPEG formats.

Most of the design is similar to last years phone, despite a new look of the camera island. The phones have a glass back panel and a shiny metal frame.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset is used in the new Samsung Galaxy phones. Samsung claims that the platform offers a 30 percent increase in processing abilities compared to the Galaxy S 22 series. The Galaxy S 23 series has an optimized GPU that is 41 percent faster than the Galaxy 22 series. The Galaxy S 23 Ultra can also support real-time ray tracing in mobile gaming.
