Mark Cuban, the owner and investor of Dallas Mavericks, has many facets of his life. Cuban has built a career of creating and investing in profitable companies, but his biggest secret to success is how he invests time in his family and kids.

In a February 2020 interview, the Shark Tank business tycoon said, I tell them - after your health, my number one thing for you is, I don't want you to be entitled jerks. The 64-year-old self-made billionaire has three kids : Alexis, 20, Jake, 13, and Alyssa, 16. Cuban has a net worth of $4.6 billion, but he wants to make sure his kids understand the value of money. He tells them that to be successful, you're going to have to work for it, like he did.

Cuban said during the interview that I'm not going to write you checks, because I'm talking about how his kids spend money. Cuban said she still saves it for the most part, so I give her credit.

When it comes to daily life in his household, Cuban and his wife often cook dinner for their kids and encourage them to help out.

Cuban said it's us putting them to bed. We try to be as normal as possible. This and that is not us. The whole idea of someone serving you. I am the dad that says, pick that up, take that and put it in the sink. Cuban said that they want to recognize that the only thing special about themselves is what they make for themselves.
