## Pristyn Care Aims for Profitability and IPO Within Three Years
Gurgaon-based healthtech company Pristyn Care has set ambitious goals for the next few years. The company aims to achieve profitability within the next six months and plans to go public through an initial public offering (IPO) within three years.
Pristyn Care's co-founder, Harsimarbir Singh, expressed confidence in the company's growth trajectory. He expects revenue to increase three to four times in the next three years, driven by the strong performance of its medical devices business and expansion plans.
Despite a recent workforce reduction aimed at streamlining operations, Pristyn Care anticipates profitability in its surgery business within the next two quarters. Its direct-to-consumer brand is expected to follow suit within the subsequent three to four quarters.
To achieve these goals, Pristyn Care is focusing on cost optimization and growth in key operational areas. The company plans to deepen market penetration in its top 10 cities, including metros like Delhi and Bangalore, as well as Tier-II towns such as Coimbatore, Kochi, Pune, and Bhubaneswar.
Pristyn Care currently operates surgical centers in 30 Indian cities and offers direct-to-consumer services across 30,000 PIN codes. The company has identified key performing cities where it will focus its efforts to achieve deeper market penetration.
Singh emphasized the importance of recognizing the limitations of healthcare infrastructure beyond major cities. He stated that Pristyn Care prioritizes strengthening its presence in these areas rather than expanding into new territories.
Through strategic streamlining and cost optimization, Pristyn Care aims to achieve profitability and position itself for a successful IPO within the next three years. The company's focus on growth in key operational areas and expansion in high-potential markets will be crucial to achieving these ambitious goals.
