Opposition Bloc Rallies in Ranchi, Vows to Uproot Ruling Party

## People of Jharkhand to Give BJP a "Befitting Reply"

RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, speaking to reporters in Ranchi, claimed that the people of Jharkhand will give a "befitting reply" to the BJP over the "injustice committed" to former CM Hemant Soren. He was in Ranchi to participate in the INDIA bloc's 'Ulgulan Nyay' rally.

Yadav stated that the opposition coalition's objective is to "root out the BJP to save the country and the Constitution." He maintained that the parties of the INDIA bloc were united and that the "film of 400 seats has become a flop in the very first phase of Lok Sabha elections."

## Opposition Leaders to Address Rally

Besides Yadav, Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's wife Sunita, and Hemant Soren's spouse Kalpana are expected to address the rally. Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann has also arrived in Ranchi for the event.

A total of 28 political parties will participate in the rally, which will be held at the Prabhat Tara Ground. 'Ulugulan', which means revolution, was coined during Birsa Munda's fight against the British for the rights of the tribals.

## BJP Complaint to Election Commission

Meanwhile, the state BJP registered a complaint with the Election Commission against the rally, alleging that the model code of conduct was being violated. They claimed that the display of flags, banners, posters, and hoardings for the rally violated the code of conduct as the notification for the Ranchi Lok Sabha seat election has not yet been issued.
