The e-government system was launched in full capacity and users are provided with unimpeded access to all services, which allows full provision of services in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina BiH, according to the Council of Ministers of BiH.
The IT service of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of BiH made extraordinary efforts to maintain the e-government system in a capacity that allowed the appropriate level of access to servers and the provision of services during the past period, according to the announcement.
As it is added, access to the official website of the Council of Ministers of BiH was provided and information was provided to citizens, and e-communication between institutions, citizens and media employees took place regularly.
The statement concluded that the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of BiH, while preserving the data on the servers, was used to strengthen online security in the institutions of BiH.
