This boutique penthouse on top 3 floors of Billionaires Row

This triplex penthouse in the heart of Midtown Manhattan occupies the top three floors of a new 20-story boutique building on 57th Street, otherwise known as Billionaires Row.

The apartment has an open floor, a bedroom floor and a full rooftop terrace with an outdoor kitchen and both north and south-facing outdoor living spaces.

Each level has at least one bathroom as well as a kitchen and a private elevator landing with a valet closet where staff can leave deliveries, said Maria Pashby, listing agent who has the listing with her daughter and fellow Corcoran agent Joanna Pashby.

She said that the primary bedroom suite occupies the full facade of the building, facing north. You can see the Grand Army Plaza, the Central Park Zoo, and all of Fifth Avenue. These are old-fashioned views of all of the icons of New York. As Seasonality returns to New York City, Buyers can find greater Negotiability in Co-ops, as Seasonality Returns to New York City.

The primary suite has floor-to- ceiling windows, deep closets, a dressing area with office space and a five-fixture bathroom.

The second bedroom on this level faces south, Ms. Pashby said. The corner living-dining room on the entertaining floor has the same north-facing views as the primary suite. It has a wet bar and a built-in credenza in the dining room.

Other design details include white oak flooring throughout, an internal white oak staircase, marble bathrooms and lots of cove lighting. The corner kitchen features bronze-finished cabinets, Calacatta Gold marble countertops, a vented hood and Gaggenau appliances.

Ms Pashby said everything is very sophisticated, with beautiful finishes.

The roof has a partial kitchen, and the north-facing terrace is semi-covered, with an outdoor kitchen.

The new building at 7 West 57th St. only has 19 residences, one per floor, Ms. Pashby said. You have a great sense of privacy. It is the only building on Billionaires Row with this boutique scale. She said closings are expected to begin in the fourth quarter of this year and construction is wrapping up now.

The 2,801 square-foot penthouse has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one partial bathroom. There is 1,017 square feet of rooftop terrace space.
