On the very night of the elections, We Continue the Change said unambiguously that we would head for another snap vote, because they were not pleased with the election result. Radomir Cholakov, MP from GERB-SDS and Chairman of the National Assembly Committee on Legal Affairs, said for the BNR.
In his words, We Continue the Change is trying to block the work of the Parliament, so that Bulgaria is headed for new early elections and the caretaker cabinet continues to govern. Half of Bulgarians have no confidence in the Electoral Code and it is the most normal thing to start talking about it. Radomir Cholakov said that there is nothing more normal than resetting the paper ballot and using the voting machines to restore confidence. I believe that the next elections will be fair, perhaps the fairest in Bulgaria's history MP Cholakov.
