Members of Bosnia and Herzegovina's presidency attend prayer breakfast in Washington

Members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as part of a work visit to the United States of America, attended the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington.

Members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina spoke yesterday with the Assistant Secretary of State for Defense Mara Karlin and the Senior Advisor to the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs of the United States of America, Derek Chollet, in separate meetings.

Members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina informed the interlocutor about the security situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and other relevant topics at the meeting with the Assistant Secretary of State for Defense.

The members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina expressed their commitment to further improvement of bilateral relations with the United States of America, including cooperation in the field of security, the Presidency of BiH announced on this occasion.

The current political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region was discussed in light of the global situation, according to the meeting with Derek Chollet, Senior Advisor to the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.

At the meeting, the importance of the timely implementation of the election results was highlighted in order to deal with socio-economic challenges as effectively as possible.
