Cannasoft Pivots to Femtech, Halts Cannabis Facility Construction

Cannasoft Enterprises BCAN, an Israeli cannabis company, has halted construction of its medical cannabis growing facility and redirected its focus towards the Femtech sector. This decision was driven by negative shifts in the global medical cannabis market and security concerns related to the facility's location near the Gaza border.

Cannasoft specializes in management software for the cannabis industry and has a presence in manufacturing with its EZ-G Device, a sex toy that uses CBD Oil. The company's strategic shift aims to capitalize on the rapid growth of the Femtech sector, which encompasses reproductive health, pregnancy, lactation care, pelvic and uterine care, and more.

According to Cannasoft, women have a significant impact on the healthcare industry, constituting 50% of healthcare consumers worldwide and 90% of primary healthcare decision-makers in their homes. Additionally, women are 75% more likely than males to utilize digital healthcare tools.
