She made a fervent appeal to the voters, emphasizing the need to vote for TMC to safeguard the country and prevent such policies from being enforced.
Additionally, Banerjee urged the electorate to choose Gopal Lama, TMC's candidate, over any outsider. She highlighted Lama's dedicated work in Siliguri and assured the public that he would prioritize serving the local community's interests if elected. The upcoming election in the Darjeeling Lok Sabha constituency on April 19 has heightened the campaigning efforts, with TMC challenging BJP's incumbent MP Raju Bista in a closely watched electoral battle.
