Victorian MP Emma Vulin Reveals Motor Neurone Disease Diagnosis

Victorian MP Emma Vulin recently shared that she is facing motor neurone disease (MND), a progressive condition that impacts nerve cells. This illness, also known as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) or Lou Gehrig's Disease, affects more than 2,000 individuals in Australia. Despite the challenging diagnosis, Vulin expressed her determination to persist in her role of representing her community in Pakenham District, emphasizing her previous resilience in overcoming a significant stroke.

Vulin, who successfully recovered from a stroke and went on to win the seat of Pakenham for the Labor party in 2022, has garnered praise for her strength and dedication.
