This is Enron now, folks." He accused Tesla of presenting misleading data about FSD capabilities and committing "consumer fraud on a massive scale" through misrepresentations about FSD, vehicle ranges, and potentially even odometer readings.
To support his claims, Moskovitz shared a Bloomberg chart on Tesla's software sales revenue, highlighting the discrepancy between Tesla's reported revenue and the actual sales of his own company, Asana. He also questioned the recent update to Tesla's FSD progress graph, pointing out the ambiguous timeline and the possibility of manipulating data to coincide with the free FSD trial rollout.
Moskovitz's concerns raise serious questions about the future of Tesla's FSD technology.
