Consumer companies are opting to change the names of their powder food drink categories, a strategic move likely aimed at rebranding or targeting specific consumer trends. In a separate announcement, Amazon India recently shared the exciting news of the upcoming Prime Day 2023 event, lauding it as the largest Prime Day ever in India. The e-commerce giant highlighted a significant increase in Prime member participation, with a remarkable 14% more members engaging in hundreds of thousands of deals compared to the previous year's event.

During Prime Day 2023, a substantial peak of 22,190 orders was recorded in a single minute, setting a new record for Prime Day events in India. The success of the event was attributed to the active involvement of thousands of sellers, brands, and bank partners who collectively contributed to Prime members enjoying savings exceeding Rs 300 crore. Additionally, the event saw the launch of over 45,000 new products by over 400 leading Indian and global brands, providing consumers with an extensive array of choices and exclusive offerings.

Apart from India, Prime Day is scheduled to take place in various countries such as Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, the US, and the UK, among others.
