Popular chef Megan Thee Stallion to create new hot sauce

A recent trend has emerged with star chefs teaming up with fast food companies to create unique products. McDonald's and Burger King have both introduced celebrity themed meals and now Popeyes is joining in with the company, although in a slightly different way.

The fried-chicken restaurant announced that it was partnered with music musician Megan Thee Stallion to create a new hot sauce, according to a press release. A line of promotional merchandise will also be introduced with the hot sauce s branding.

Stallion Hottie Sauce will be available from October 19 - October 2020.

Popeyes will also launch a business line to go alongside the hot sauce, which includes shirts, cups and swimwear.
