Washington - January 22 ANI A new study has found that attachment - based parenting interventions - which aim to improve the quality of the parent-child relationship - increase the psychosocial adjustment of children in foster and adoptive families.
The study was published in the 'Campbell Systematic Reviews Journal'.
Attachment-based interventions increase positive parenting behaviours, according to the results.
The study included studies from the United States, the Netherlands, the UK, Italy and Belgium and was published between 1977 and 2020.
